CA Harsh Sikariya is the Founder and Director of Sikariya Advisory, driven by a vision to help individuals and families build, preserve and manage their wealth with purpose and direction.

With over 10 years of experience as a finance and tax professional, Harsh recognised the growing complexities affluent families face in managing their financial affairs across multiple advisors, institutions and regulatory frameworks.

The challenges of fragmented financial management, complex entity structures, coordination gaps and inconsistent service and advisory standards highlighted the need for a more integrated, transparent and dependable approach to managing their financial affairs.

This understanding inspired his vision to establish a multi-family office that brings diverse aspects of wealth management under one roof.

Guided by the belief that wealth management requires a holistic approach to financial well-being, long-term wealth preservation and intergenerational wealth planning, Harsh focuses on understanding each client’s unique aspirations, aligning financial decisions with long-term objectives and bringing greater clarity and coordination to their financial lives.
